Terms of use
Effective October 18, 2026
This site is run by Terra Luna neighbors who volunteer to organize neighborhood events. It is not the official site of a homeowners association, builder or management company. By using the site or sending an RSVP, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site; you’re still welcome to RSVP in person.
What the site is for
The site shares details of neighborhood events, shows what is still needed for them, and lets neighbors RSVP. It is meant for people who live in Terra Luna and their guests.
RSVPs
- An RSVP tells the organizers you plan to come. It isn’t a ticket, a reservation or a contract, and it costs nothing.
- Please give your real name and an honest head count, and let us know if your plans change.
- Offering to bring something is voluntary. If an organizer adds it to the checklist, the checklist shows the item with the name you entered, as the privacy policy explains.
- The organizers may edit or remove any RSVP or checklist item, for example a duplicate or one that isn’t genuine.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t:
- send RSVPs that are false, are for someone else without their say-so, or are meant to disrupt the event;
- submit the form with scripts or bots, or try to get around the checks that keep them out;
- try to reach the organizers’ pages or other people’s information;
- do anything that could harm the site or the people who use it.
The event itself
- Dates, times, places and plans can change, and an event can be cancelled, for example for weather. Check back here or ask an organizer.
- Events are informal gatherings of neighbors. You are responsible for yourself, your children, your guests and what you bring, including food you share. If you have allergies or other needs, ask before you eat.
- The organizers are volunteers. To the extent the law allows, they aren’t liable for injury, loss or damage connected with an event.
The neighborhood watch
- The neighborhood watch is a group of neighbors who look out for each other. It isn’t a police force, a security service or an emergency line. In an emergency, call 911.
- Taking part is voluntary. Please follow the guidance LVMPD gives the group, and don’t confront or follow anyone.
- Please sign up only with your own name and number, and keep the group text for neighborhood matters.
- The organizers may remove any sign-up, or anyone from the group text, for example a duplicate or someone who misuses it.
The site, as it is
Volunteers keep this site running in their spare time. It is provided as is, without any warranty: it may be wrong, out of date or unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, the people who run it aren’t liable for loss or damage that comes from using it or relying on it.
Content and artwork
The text, design and artwork on the site belong to the neighbors who made them or are used under license. Please don’t reuse them elsewhere without asking.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what the site collects and who sees it. It is part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
